Using the service

Find Music By Sound provides possible music matches and automated audio measurements for informational use. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for confirming a match or analysis before relying on it.

Credits and subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars. Monthly credits refresh after each successful renewal, do not roll over, and expire at the end of the applicable billing period. One-time credits do not expire. Monthly credits are used before one-time credits. Audio, humming, lyrics, description, and similar-song searches cost 3 credits when they return results. Searches that return no results are automatically refunded. BPM and key analysis, music analysis, Mix Checker, and each loaded BPM Tapper session cost 1 credit.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Failed or reversed payments may suspend access and remove credits granted by that payment.

Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. For an unused duplicate or accidental purchase, contact us promptly and include the payment receipt so we can review it.

Your uploads

You must have the right to submit any audio you upload. You grant us the limited permission required to process the upload and return identification results. We do not claim ownership of your content. Local analysis pages process selected audio only inside your browser; only the authenticated credit charge is sent to our service.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls. The service may restrict automated or unusually high-volume requests.

Third-party services

Payments, listening links, and music metadata may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
